Rude behavior will not be tolerated - I am a mere human who likes to draw sometimes, treat me as such and we should get along fine ^:3⚰︎ I'm allowed to decline any commission request without explanation Until we communicate via email/twitter dm or otherwise, please don't send payment without discussing details of commission with me first! I will send you an invoice for you to payPayment⚰︎ Payment happens via Stripe or Paypal invoice before initial sketch (I will not complete the piece until I receive payment in full and I have communicated with you and verified payment)
⚰︎ Confirmation of payment will be communicated with you PRIOR to starting commissionThese commissions are digital illustrations, hence there will be no shipping of physical goods

Workflow and Queue⚰︎ Do not rush me. As much as I'd love to draw for long periods of time, I'm just not capable of doing so. Please understand that art takes time and that this is not a fulltime job by any means for me.⚰︎ I am chronically ill. This means my workflow is unpredictable. Please understand that some commissions may be completed faster than others depending on many factors you nor I can control. If you are not willing to be patient, please consider commissioning someone else.⚰︎ The sketch will be sent after payment is made and I have contacted you regarding your position in the queue. Please communicate any adjustments, changes, or new ideas at this stage - it is harder to make changes later - I want to ensure you get a commission you are going to actually love!Changes and Adjustments⚰︎ Once the drawing is finished, small changes are done free of charge.
⚰︎ Any large changes (e.g., clothing changes, pose, setting) will be $5+/change - please make sure you communicate with me PRIOR to this stage! That is the best way for you to receive something you are happy with!Please ensure the initial description is accurate.Completion⚰︎ Commissioners will receive:
A digital format of the commission piece (2000x2000 px at 300 dpi)
One version without watermark for personal use and one with a watermark for you to post online! A transparent background version can be included upon request⚰︎ Do not remove my watermark for any reason when posting online

AI and NFT use strictly prohibited
Do not re-post, sell, or trace my art⚰︎ Your rights: you keep all the character rights, but you can only use my artwork for personal use - must tag me directly when posting commission on socials⚰︎ Do not: use the art you ordered for commercial use. This includes making money from the commissioned artwork (selling the finished commission as a print or merchandise) without my consent, editing the image without my consent, making bases out of my artwork, and/or claiming the drawing as yours.⚰︎ My rights: I hold full rights over my artwork. I can use the drawing as a commission example, submit it to other sites and promote myself with it. Proper credit will always be given to the character’s respective owner where appropriateCancellations and RefundsYou will not use a chargeback for whatever reason all commission purchases are FINAL⚰︎ No Refunds after the payment is received and sketch is started⚰︎ Cancellation fees will apply only after the initial sketch is started
